The masking set for the GAZ-69A in 1:35 scale from Omask. It is not a model and not an interior accessory, but a set of masks for spraying the glazing and the frames accurately. The masks are die-cut for the Bronco kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of masks from Omask is cut to the shape of the glazed areas and the frames of the GAZ-69A off-road car in 1:35 scale. It is not a kit and not an accessory that raises detail: it is a painting aid thanks to which you do not have to mask the glazing with tape and cut the shapes by hand. The masks are stuck onto the clear parts, the area is sprayed together with the body and, once dry, the mask comes off. The cut of the masks follows the Bronco kit.
The GAZ-69 was a Soviet light all-wheel-drive off-road car, used from the 1950s in civilian and army service and widespread outside the Soviet Union as well. The GAZ-69A version differs from the basic build in the layout of the body and the number of doors, so masking sets for the two versions cannot be swapped. That is why Omask lists masks for both builds separately.
It will be appreciated by anyone building the GAZ-69A in 1:35 scale who wants sharp transitions between the glazing and the paint without cutting tape. It is especially useful on vehicles with broken-up frames, where masking by hand takes longer than the spraying itself. The set also suits less experienced modelers, as working with ready-made masks is simpler and more reliable than masking blind.
The set contains masks only. The kit, paints and glue are not part of the package.
