A turned metal 2 cm L/65 barrel for the Flak 38 in 1:35 scale from Aber. An accurate accessory that replaces the plastic barrel of the anti-aircraft gun.
Responsibility details are not available.
A precisely turned metal gun barrel of 2 cm caliber and L/65 length for the Flak 38 anti-aircraft gun in 1:35 scale from the Polish maker Aber. It is not a model but a detail accessory replacing the plastic barrel. Metal holds a perfectly round section and allows a finely drilled muzzle, which plastic usually cannot manage.
The 2 cm Flak 38 was the standard German light anti-aircraft gun of the Second World War. It was mounted on a towed carriage as well as on armored and half-track vehicles and was also used against ground targets. Its high rate of fire made it a versatile close-defense weapon.
The set is intended for 1:35 models of the Flak 38 anti-aircraft gun and of the vehicles that carried it. Cut off the plastic barrel, line the metal part up and glue it on with super glue. Degrease the surface before painting and apply a primer.
An accessory for a build, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
