This resin detail set from the brand ELEFANT is an accessory for dioramas and models in 1:35 scale; it is not a kit in its own right. The package contains six pieces in three renderings and represents German field mess kit with a canvas cover, typical of the Second World War period.
Small equipment such as mess tins, dishes or storage containers wrapped in canvas gives a lived-in look to the cargo areas of vehicles, to trailers and to scenes with figures. It is precisely such details that give a diorama a story and a sense of scale and that break up the empty surfaces of equipment.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks off and clean the surfaces up. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways when sanding resin. The canvas parts come out best once brought up with a wash and a dry brush, which emphasizes the folds of the cloth.
This is a supplementary set for modifying a plastic model or a diorama; the model itself, figures, glue and paints are not included in the package.
