This is a detail scenic set, not a model of a vehicle. The set in 1:35 scale captures Italian 100 mm artillery ammunition (of the 100/7 type) together with wooden transport crates and serves to bring dioramas with artillery, supply dumps and the loading of ammunition to life. The maker is the Italian brand Royal Model, known for its resin accessories for military models and dioramas.
Italian artillery of the Second World War used a range of 100 mm howitzers whose rounds were transported and stored in wooden crates. Items like these belong to the typical equipment of artillery positions and supply points, above all in the North African theater.
First wash the resin parts free of mold release agent residue and cut off the casting blocks. Glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The wood of the crates will come out with glazes and oil paints, while metal shades and a fine wash into the recesses will bring out the brass cases.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
