With the Royal Model set the light tank 1:35 M3 A1 Stuart gets finer equipment and holds. Metal and resin in one package; it is assumed that you already have the plastic base. Intended for the Academy kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
Royal Model has prepared a set made up of photo-etched sheet and resin castings. It makes the external equipment, the tool holds and the surfaces where the thickness of plastic shows most more accurate. Illustrated instructions with the placement of the individual parts marked are enclosed. The target kit is Academy.
Compared with the original M3, this revision was given a turret without the commander's cupola, powered turret traverse with a floor basket and a gun stabilizer in the vertical plane. The fixed machine guns built into the sides of the hull disappeared, as they were awkward to serve and of no use. The 37 mm gun was usable at the beginning of the war, but no longer against later German tanks. The strengths of the machine were speed and reliability, not firepower.
The British received Stuarts as well under American military aid, nicknamed them Honey for their lively running and sent them to North Africa. Others traveled to the Pacific and to Soviet units. The range of colorings therefore reaches from British desert through American olive to winter oversprays. Attach the carried tools only after the hull has been lacquered.
It is assumed that you already have the plastic base. Glue, paints and decals are not included.
