A set of resin figures in 1:35 scale from Evolution Miniatures. The package holds two figures with fine rendering of the detail of the uniforms, the equipment and the faces. The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted and divided into several cast parts. Glue, paints and a base are not included.
The pair captures a scene from the end of the Second World War: a Soviet scout and a young fighter from the ranks of the Hitlerjugend. The composition suits a diorama from the fighting of the closing phase of the war, where both sides put very different soldiers in the front line. The high standard of the sculpting makes the figures a prominent element of a scene as well as collector pieces in their own right.
First wash the resin parts to remove any mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off carefully and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a good primer before painting; the faces and uniforms come out with layering of shades, glazing and bringing the detail up with a brush.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base are not included in the package.
