Voyager Model 1:35 Panther G Schürzen is a photo-etched detail set of the side armor skirts for models of the German Panther Ausf. G tank. Intended for Takom kits.

The set from Voyager Model holds etched brass side armor skirts (Schürzen) and their hangers in 1:35 scale for the most widespread version of the Panther, the Ausf. G. It is not a tank model but an accessory that replaces the thick plastic skirts with fine metal parts of the correct gauge that can be bent or damaged realistically. The accessory is intended for Takom kits.
The Panther Ausf. G was the final main production variant of the German Pz.Kpfw. V medium tank, built from 1944. It brought a simplified and sturdier hull and a range of production changes. The side Schürzen protected the running gear and the lower hull from light anti-tank weapons.
Separate the parts from the fret and form the bends and the battle deformation on a bending tool. They are bonded with super glue or epoxy. After degreasing and priming, the skirts come out well thanks to washes and dust pigments; missing or buckled skirts are historically common on the Panther and lend a model authenticity.
The detail set does not hold the tank model itself, the paints or the glue. Intended for more advanced modelers.
