A set of waterslide decals in 1:48 scale from Furball Aero-Design. The seventh part of the popular collection devoted to the F-14 Tomcat carrier fighters of the US Navy brings markings for models of the type. It serves to finish a built kit; it is not a model.
The Grumman F-14 Tomcat was a two-seat carrier fighter of the US Navy with variable-geometry wings. The carrier air wings carried a range of striking and of restrained finishes, which are among the most popular subjects for modelers.
Apply the decals over a smooth gloss clear coat so that no silvering edges appear. Work in small areas at a time and use decal softener to settle them into the panel lines. Once dry, go over them with the final clear coat to match the surface of the model.
This is a decal sheet, not a kit. The model and the paints are not included in the package.
