1:48 F-16I Sufa - cockpit (Basic edition, 3D decals included) is a printed replacement for the cockpit of the Israeli two-seat fighter, 3D decals included.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set produced by 3D printing that replaces the cockpit of the model of the Israeli two-seat F-16I fighter in 1:48 scale. The basic version contains the main parts of the pilot's station and, with them, 3D decals, that is, decals with a layered relief that transfer the displays and control panels onto the surface complete with an impression of depth. That does away with brush-painting the tiny instruments. The set is not an aircraft model.
The F-16I is the Israeli two-seat variant derived from the late blocks of the F-16D fighter. It is told from ordinary aircraft at first glance: it carries conformal fuel tanks along the sides of the spine and a bulky dorsal fairing housing additional electronic equipment. The rear seat is a full operator's station, not merely a training one, because the aircraft is intended for long-range strikes. The cockpit therefore differs markedly from the single-seat versions.
The printed parts are held on thin print supports. Snip them off close to the part and level the surface with a file or a scalpel. They are bonded with super glue. Apply a primer before painting. Apply the 3D decals only onto a finished and dried clear coat. Use a decal softener on them carefully and in small amounts, because the relief layer is more sensitive than an ordinary decal.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
