A set of precisely cut self-adhesive masks on thin kabuki tape for masking the glazing of a model of the MH-6J/AH-6J Little Bird light helicopter. The designation double-sided means that the set holds masks for the outer and the inner side of the glazing, which is especially useful on this machine with its extensively glazed cockpit. This is not a kit but an accessory for models of this type.
The MH-6J and AH-6J Little Bird are American light helicopters used by special operations units. The MH version serves for rapid transport and the insertion of operators, the AH version for light fire support. The large glazed cockpit giving an excellent view is characteristic.
Lift the masks off the sheet, lay them on the glazing along the frames and press them down. Spray the color of the frames, let it dry and take the masks off. The helicopter's extensive curved glazing is hard to mask by hand, and cut masks simplify the job markedly.
The paints, glue and model are not included in the package.
