The Revi 16 gunsight is a 3D-printed set with clear parts (3 pieces) for models of the Focke-Wulf Fw 190 in the A and F versions in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
This add-on set in 3D-printed resin contains the German Revi 16 reflector gunsight for a Focke-Wulf Fw 190 model in the A and F versions in 1:48 scale. The set comes in three pieces and includes clear (transparent) parts representing the glass of the sight.
The Revi 16 was the standard Luftwaffe reflector gunsight of the Second World War. It projected a lit aiming pattern onto an angled glass in front of the pilot and was used on a number of fighters including the Fw 190, the Bf 109 and the Me 262. In a cockpit it is a prominent and often photographed detail.
Separate the parts from the print supports and clean them up gently. They are bonded with super glue; for the clear areas an adhesive for transparent parts is advisable so that they do not haze. Paint the body of the sight black and leave the glass transparent.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
