Responsibility details are not available.
A kit in 1:72 scale from the brand HäT. The package contains four identical 7.5 centimeter mountain guns of the 1915 model, cast in hard plastic. The crew is not part of the set, and the figures have to be added from the same maker's artillery sets. The parts are supplied unpainted and have to be assembled.
The Skoda mountain gun of the 1915 model was one of the most successful weapons of its category. It could be broken down into several loads carried by pack animals, so it reached positions where no wheeled gun could go, and in the mountains of the Italian and Balkan fronts it was irreplaceable. It was built at the Skoda works in Pilsen, served in many armies, and its life stretched deep into the Second World War.
First dry-fit the parts, above all the seating of the barrel in the cradle and the spread of the trail legs. Hard plastic can be bonded with ordinary solvent cement for plastic models, unlike the soft plastic figures from the same maker. Paint the gun in a muted gray-green or in a wood color according to the period. A position with an earth parapet and crates of ammunition gives a scene a sense of scale.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
