Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the German Panzer IV medium tank in the Ausf. F1 and F2 versions, in 1:76 scale from Airfix. The model belongs to the Vintage Classics range, that is to the reissue of an older classic tool with period box art. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Panzer IV was the most widespread and the longest produced German tank of the Second World War. The F1 version carried a short 7.5 cm gun intended mainly for infantry support, while the F2 was given a longer, more powerful 7.5 cm KwK 40 gun for fighting tanks. The Panzer IV stayed in production practically throughout the war.
With an older tool, count on finer work on the joints and on cleaning the parts up. Assemble the running gear first and fine-tune the seating of the turret. Lay on a primer and then dark yellow or gray with an airbrush according to the period; washes and pigments give the running gear and the hull a realistic patina.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
