This is NOT a motorcycle model but a metal detail accessory for a model of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR sports motorcycle in 1:9 scale. The set replaces the plastic front fork with precisely machined metal parts that stay movable once assembled and imitate the real working of the front suspension.
The metal version gives the front fork greater stiffness, a matching weight and a realistic movement of the dampers. The result is a more faithful reproduction of the structure of a sports motorcycle and a more substantial feel to the finished model. The parts are shaped for the dedicated model and need no changes to the geometry of the frame.
Follow the instructions exactly and watch the correct order of assembly so that the movement is preserved. Degrease the metal surfaces before gluing or painting. Keep the moving joints clean so that they do not clog with paint. The set is intended for a particular ZX-10RR model in this scale.
This is an add-on set, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
