Responsibility details are not available.
Blue Matt is a saturated blue in a matte finish, listed among the base shades of the Acrysion Gundam Assemble Color range. Blue is one of the load-bearing colors of a scheme on robot kits: it carries the chest and body parts, the shin armor and the shields, that is the surfaces seen at first glance. The matte finish settles the tone, so a large area does not glare and the drawing of the parts stays legible on it.
On the surfaces of robot kits in a blue scheme and on any model that needs a saturated cool blue without gloss. It sits well beside white and light gray and lets the shading into engraved lines stand out, which on a gloss surface would read as harsh.
For builders of robot kits and for modelers who need a ready saturated blue for large areas. The thinner, primer and clear coat are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
