1:32 Spandau 08/15 machine gun, 2.pc., Germany WWI

Art Scale – Spandau LMG 08/15 Machine Gun Barrels (2 pcs), 1:32

A set of precise replacement barrels from Art Scale is intended for models of German First World War aircraft in 1:32 scale. This is not a kit, but a detail accessory — two barrels for the synchronized aircraft machine gun Spandau LMG 08/15 with an accurately rendered perforated cooling jacket, which replace the coarser plastic parts from the kit.

The real subject

The Spandau LMG 08/15 was the standard onboard machine gun of German First World War fighters. It appeared on practically every type — the Albatros D.V, Fokker Dr.I, Pfalz D.III and others.

What the set is for

• Two precise replacement Spandau LMG 08/15 barrels
• An accurate perforated cooling jacket on the barrel
• Suited to a range of German WWI fighters in 1:32 scale
• Sharper and more accurate than the plastic original

Who the set is for

For modelers building First World War biplanes who want to highlight the armament. The plastic barrels are cut off, and the replacements are glued with cyanoacrylate glue.

This is an accessory, not a stand-alone kit. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
