The real subject

The Panavia Tornado was a European multirole combat aircraft developed jointly by Britain, Germany and Italy. The F.3 (ADV) version was the fighter, interceptor variant with a lengthened fuselage and a powerful radar, intended for long-range air defense. Besides the RAF it was also operated in the fighter role for a time by Italy and by other users.
