A kabuki masking set for the MiG-21 R in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer New Ware in the BASIC version. Precisely cut self-adhesive masks for a clean coat on the glazing and the wheels. The target kit: Eduard 70147.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of self-adhesive painting masks of fine kabuki (washi) paper, cut precisely to fit the Eduard 70147 kit. It is not a model but an aid for a clean coat on the cockpit framing and the other clear parts. The BASIC version covers the framing of the canopy, the remaining transparent parts and wheel masks.
The MiG-21 R is the reconnaissance version of the famous Soviet supersonic fighter with a delta wing and a single jet engine. It carried reconnaissance pods and served with a number of Eastern Bloc armies for tactical photo reconnaissance.
Peel the mask off, seat it precisely with tweezers and press the edges down. Spray in thin coats so that the paint does not creep under the edge. We recommend the interior shade of the cockpit first and the exterior color of the airframe after it.
The set contains the painting masks only. The base Eduard kit, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
