An aftermarket detail set aimed at particular areas of the model, not a kit. The photo-etched brass parts make it possible to build thin, faithfully shaped fenders including the realistic deformation and the scuffed or bent edges typical of the T-34. Intended for plastic models of the Soviet T-34 medium tank in the 1942 to 1944 pattern versions in 1:35 scale. The set is designed for the Border BT-027 kit.
The T-34 was the key Soviet medium tank of the Second World War, valued for its sloped armor, wide track base and simple production. The thin sheet fenders were often bent and broken off in practice, so a faithful rendering of them in brass contributes markedly to the realism of a model.
Thin brass sheet makes it possible to form realistically bent and damaged fenders. Separate the parts with a sharp knife, shape them carefully and glue them with super glue. Degrease the surfaces before gluing.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
