The Roadster from the Tiny Adventures line by Revell is a working wooden kit in 1:32 scale. The parts slot into one another and join without glue, and the model does not have to be painted. Although it needs no gluing, the material is not plastic but wood, and the finished car has a built-in drive.
The model of an open sports roadster is driven by a wind-up mechanism, a flywheel or rubber band, and once wound it travels about a meter forward and backward. It thus joins the experience of building to playing afterward. The build is conceived as fun and undemanding, suitable for a first attempt at modeling.
The model is supplied unassembled. Thanks to the glue-free design and the fact that it does not need painting, no glue and no paints are required.
