About product

Mud and snow tracks for Soviet armored cars from Panzer Art (1:35)

A set of early mud and snow tracks from the Polish brand Panzer Art, intended for models of the Soviet armored cars BA-3, BA-6 and BA-10 and of the GAZ-AAA truck in 1:35 scale. These three-axle vehicles used slip-on tracks over the rear bogie wheels so as to cope with rough ground, mud and snow conditions. The accessory captures precisely these tracks faithfully.

The parts are made by modern 3D printing from quality resin with a fine texture and a faithful shape. The set markedly raises the realism of a model's running gear and it suits scenes in rough country and in winter.

Finish and assembly

Before gluing, rinse the parts in lukewarm soapy water to remove print resin residue. Carefully remove the supports and clean up the contact surfaces. Use super glue for gluing. Sand the resin in a well-ventilated area with respiratory protection.

Once the tracks are sprayed with primer, finish the painting and add pigments and weathering so that they look muddy or snow-covered according to the scene you have chosen.
