Sombre Grey

Vallejo Game Color Sombre Grey

Sombre Grey is an acrylic modeling paint from the Vallejo Game Color range for painting figures and dioramas. This water-thinnable acrylic with fine pigments creates a matte, well-covering surface. The shade is a dark, cool gray, ideal for dark cloth, cloak fabric, stone and metal surfaces, and as a shadow gray under lighter coats. It comes in a dropper bottle.

Use

• Painting miniatures for fantasy and wargames (plastic, resin, metal).
• Excellent as a base gray and as a shadow gray; applied with a brush, thinned for the airbrush.
• Shake the bottle before use.
• For an even, adhesive surface underneath, use an acrylic primer.
• It mixes with the lighter grays for smooth transitions.

Who it is for

For painters of miniatures who need a dark, cool gray for cloth, stone and shadows.

A water-thinnable acrylic paint, non-toxic and odorless. Do not thin with alcohol. Store at room temperature out of the reach of children.
