A plate with a non-slip relief for building vehicles and dioramas. Within the series it carries the sequence number one, which distinguishes the pattern.
Responsibility details are not available.
A supplementary material with a three-dimensional non-slip pattern, from which you cut out exactly the shape you need on a model. The name carries the designation Tread Plate number one, and the sequence number distinguishes the pattern within the series.
Non-slip plate is everywhere on real equipment where people walk or step: on fenders, steps, platforms, the floors of cargo beds, the lids of superstructures and on ramps. A molded model usually has it only suggested as a shallow grid, which disappears completely once painted. A separate plate with a strong relief holds a shadow, and after the edges are picked out with a dry brush the pattern is visible even from a distance.
First trace the shape onto paper, try the paper template on the model and only then cut the material to it. Choose the tool according to the hardness of the material: a soft plate will take a sharp blade along a ruler, a hard one rather a fine saw or metal shears. Level the cut edge with a fine-toothed file so that the pattern is not left frayed at the edge. Wash and degrease the surface before gluing and before painting. Apply the paint in thin coats, as a heavy coat floods the relief.
The package contains the material stated. The kit, paints and glue are not included, unless stated otherwise.
