1:35 Panzerfaust 30/60 set from Miniart is not a vehicle model but an add-on set of German anti-tank weapons and transport crates for dioramas.
Responsibility details are not available.
Watch out for how this is classified: it is neither a vehicle model nor a figure set, but a separate set of small-arms equipment in 1:35 scale. It holds injection-molded plastic Panzerfausts in the 30 and 60 versions, the wooden transport crates that go with them, photo-etched metal parts for the firing and sighting mechanism and a decal sheet with the descriptive labels for the weapons and for the crates. The set came out in 2017 and the markings are done for the German army of the Second World War. The particular numbers of pieces are not stated here; the exact contents are given on the box.
The Panzerfaust was a single-use recoilless anti-tank weapon served by one man. The number in the designation gives the effective range in meters: the Panzerfaust 30 was fired at about thirty meters, while the later Panzerfaust 60 received a stronger propellant charge, a modified firing mechanism and a new sight with apertures for greater ranges. Both types appeared from 1943 and were produced in millions by the end of the war, so crates with Panzerfausts belong among the most typical props for scenes of 1944 and 1945.
Separate the small parts with nippers at a distance and trim the remains of the sprue gate only afterwards. Glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue and degrease them beforehand. The tubes look best when they get a primer coat and then a darker filter; the wood of the crates is brought out by a dry brush and a dark wash into the gaps. Fit the labels onto a gloss base, otherwise the edge of the decal will lift.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
