HEKI mikrolaub light green, 200 ml is very fine loose foliage flakes for small scales.
Responsibility details are not available.
Loose foliage flakes from the German maker HEKI from the mikrolaub line in a package of two hundred milliliters. Mikrolaub is the most finely ground foliage in the brand's range, so on a model it is not read as individual grains but as continuous leaf cover. The light green shade matches fresh leaf and on a crown it works best as the upper layer, where the light falls.
Coat the tree armature or the base with flocking or thinned white glue and scatter the flakes from above over a dish placed underneath, so that the surplus falls through and can be used again. Fine flakes hold better on a thin layer of glue than on a thick drop. You will get the most natural crown by layering, that is a darker tone inside and this light one on top. Let the glue dry overnight and only then turn the tree over and knock the surplus off.
For modelers in small scales and for anyone bothered by visible grain on a crown. Light flakes also serve well on low growth around buildings, where the fineness of the material shows most, because the eye has the detail close by. This is a loose material, so do not inhale it and keep it out of reach of children. The maker marks its landscaping goods as not suitable for children under fifteen years of age.
