This resin kit in 1:100 scale from Zebranomodel shows the German Faun L900 D567 heavy tractor together with the Panzer II Ausf.C light tank as the load it is carrying. It is a kit for experienced modelers, supplied unassembled and unpainted. The small 1:100 scale is popular both for tabletop games and for collections of military vehicles.
The Faun L900 D567 was a German six-wheeled heavy truck (6x4) used in the Second World War, among other things as a tractor for transporting light tanks. The Panzer II Ausf.C was an early light tank that formed the backbone of the German armored units at the start of the war. The combination of the tractor and a loaded tank represents a typical transport scene of the period.
First wash the resin parts to remove mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks and dry-fit the mating surfaces. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) only. Protect your airways while sanding. Build the base up with a primer, then airbrush the period shades, the early German gray, and finish the weathering with washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
