The 40 mm Bofors was an automatic anti-aircraft gun of Swedish origin that spread during the Second World War into the armament of many armies and navies. It was prized for its reliability and its effectiveness against low-flying targets and served in various forms long after the war.
The set is intended for models of the 40 mm Bofors gun in 1:35 scale. Cut off the original plastic barrel, fit the metal part and glue it with super glue. Degrease the surface before painting and lay down a primer.
