An add-on detail set, not a stand-alone model. It combines turned metal parts with etch and holds two PTK antennas in 1:35 scale. The set replaces coarse plastic antennas with precise metal parts that carry the correct shape and stand up to handling better than thin plastic.
The PTK antenna is part of the sensor and guidance equipment of modern Russian armored vehicles of the new generation. According to the packaging it suits models of vehicles on platforms of the T-14 and T-15 Armata, Kurganets-25 and Bumerang types. It is a prominent element of the turret silhouette that easily catches the eye on a model.
Deburr and degrease the metal parts and bend the etched sections over a bending tool. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate); on metal it helps to roughen the mating surface. Spray the antenna in the vehicle color together with the hull so that it blends into the overall finish.
This is an add-on set, not a stand-alone model. The kit, the paints and the glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
