L-29 airbrake, closed, late version 1:48 (3DF) is a 3D-printed detail set for a model of the jet trainer.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a 3D-printed detail set in 1:48 scale, not an airplane model. The set replaces the airbrakes on the fuselage of the Aero L-29 Delfin jet trainer in the execution for the late version and shown in the closed position. The fine 3D printing brings sharper detail than the production parts. The maker is the 3DF brand.
The Aero L-29 Delfin was a Czechoslovak jet trainer that became the standard basic trainer of the air forces of the Warsaw Pact countries. The airbrakes on the sides of the fuselage served to regulate speed on the approach and during maneuvering.
Wash the 3D-printed parts, remove the print supports carefully and sand them. Bond with super glue. Apply a primer before painting; clean the brakes in the closed position up so that they line up with the fuselage.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
