A Big Ed set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:48 scale. It is not a model but a combined package of several separately sold accessory sets for the American Republic P-47N Thunderbolt fighter. The bundle usually brings color-printed photo-etched parts, steel seat belts and further photo-etched features together in a single box. The individual sets are cut for the parts of the MiniArt kit.
The Republic P-47 Thunderbolt was among the heaviest and toughest American fighters of the Second World War. The P-47N version was the long-range variant with larger wings and an enlarged fuel supply, developed for escort missions over the vast Pacific.
For modelers who want to obtain a complete set of details for the P-47N in one go. Bend the photo-etched parts in a bender and glue them with cyanoacrylate.
