Responsibility details are not available.
Replacement wheels in cast resin for models of the American B-29 Superfortress heavy bomber in 1:72 scale. The wheels are made as weighted, that is with a realistically flattened contact patch on the tire, as if the weight of the machine rested on them. This detail gives a standing model a convincing impression of mass.
The castings stand out for a sharp tread and a fine pattern on the hubs. Fitting is easy: wash the wheels, separate them from the casting blocks, sand any marks left by the supports and glue them in place of the parts from the box with super glue. When seating them, make sure the flattening of the tire meets the surface correctly.
The set is intended for models of the B-29 in the scale stated and belongs among the details that everyone notices on a display model.
