About product

Titans Hobby Rapeseed Field Type 15 (4 - 8 mm) grass mat

A hand-made grass mat measuring 20x30 cm from the Italian maker Titans Hobby in a rapeseed field finish. The growth stands 4 to 8 mm high and the characteristic yellow blossom imitates rapeseed in flower. The Type 15 finish brings a striking block of color into agricultural landscape.

Use

  • Cut the mat to the shape you need with a knife and bond it with PVA or contact adhesive.
  • Hide the joints and edges with static grass, foliage or scatter material.
  • The deep yellow rapeseed field creates a strong color contrast in a spring or summer scene.
  • Combine it with fields of other crops and field margins for a varied rural landscape.

Who it is for

For diorama and model railroad builders who want a realistic rapeseed field in flower without the laborious handwork. Suitable for beginners and experienced builders alike.

Glue and additional terrain materials are not included in the package.
