A Revell modeling paint in the shade numbered 332, named Luminous red, a saturated luminous red. It is applied with a brush as well as with an airbrush.
Responsibility details are not available.
This paint from the Revell modeling range carries the shade number 332 and the name Luminous red. It is a saturated luminous red of the kind that suits warning and conspicuous areas: racing bodywork, training and calibration stripes, fire service vehicles, go-karts and accessories that are meant to catch the eye on a model. The shade number is at the same time the key to the instructions, which list Revell paints directly in the color list for the kit.
Stir the contents of the container properly from the bottom before use, so that the binder combines with the pigment; paint stirred only at the top covers unevenly. Apply it onto a dry, degreased surface, best of all one prepared with a primer, and in several thin coats rather than one heavy one. Saturated reds have weaker covering power, so it pays to lay them over a light base. Choose the thinner and the thinning ratio according to the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging and use the one intended for this range; a foreign thinner may curdle the paint. Close the container carefully after work, otherwise the paint will harden at the rim.
It will come into use on a vehicle kit as well as an aircraft one, on diorama accessories and on small markings. Anyone building to Revell instructions will find the shade listed there directly in the color list.
The package contains one container of paint. The thinner, a brush and a kit are not included, unless stated otherwise.
