The Bolsche (Bosch) camouflage headlight for German WWII tanks in 1:35 scale is a fine 3D printed resin accessory which replaces a coarser plastic part with a precise replica of the period headlight.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set is an accessory for building military vehicles, not a standalone model. It holds 3D printed resin parts of a camouflage headlight of the Bosch type of the kind carried by a number of German tanks and armored vehicles of the Second World War. Thanks to 3D printing the part has sharp edges, thin walls and faithful details which a plastic molding cannot reach.
The headlight is fitted on the fender or the front end of an armored vehicle and replaces the simplified part from the box. It faithfully captures the camouflage cover with the horizontal slit and the body of the lamp, so that once painted and weathered it looks realistic even close up.
First wash the mold release residue off the parts and separate them carefully from the print supports and the casting blocks. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways while sanding. It is best to spray the headlight with an airbrush, fine-tune the lens of the lamp and bring the detail out with a wash and pigments.
This is an accessory set. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
