1:35 UH-60M/L/P, MH-60G, AH-60L DAP, MH-60S - left engine T700 (3D Printed) is a printed model of the left T700 turboshaft engine for models of the Black Hawk family.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set made by 3D printing that brings a detailed rendering of the left T700 turboshaft engine for models of helicopters of the Black Hawk family in 1:35 scale. It suits anywhere the machine is to be displayed with the engine bay covers open, that is, under maintenance or on a diorama with ground equipment. Printing captures the pipework, the flanges and the busy surface of the casing, which an injection mold would have to simplify. The set is not a model of the helicopter.
The T700 is an American turboshaft engine that powers the Black Hawks as well as the shipboard machines of the Seahawk family. The pair of engines is mounted above the cabin on either side of the main gearbox and is reached through hinged covers, which was one of the requirements for easy maintenance in the field. The engine has its own particle separator at the inlet so that it is not damaged by sand and dust drawn in when landing on unprepared ground.
The printed parts are held on thin supports. Snip them off close to the part and level the face with a file or a scalpel. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting. The engine stands out when it is painted in metallic shades section by section and then picked out with a dark wash, which runs into the gaps between the flanges and draws out how busy the surface is.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
