F/A-18 Hornet exhaust nozzles 1:32 - a resin detail set replacing the engine nozzles with more faithful parts. It is not an airplane model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin detail set of replacement exhaust nozzles for the F/A-18 Hornet carrier fighter. It replaces the nozzles from the base kit with more faithful parts with an elaborate inner and outer shape to the petals. This is a modeling accessory, not an airplane kit.
The McDonnell Douglas (today Boeing) F/A-18 Hornet is a twin-engine carrier-based multirole fighter and attack aircraft. Powered by a pair of jet engines, it carries out both air combat and strikes on ground and surface targets, and it is a typical machine of the US Navy. A detailed rendering of the exhaust nozzles is among the most conspicuous elements of the tail of a model.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, separate the casting blocks and clean the surfaces up with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue. Spray the insides of the nozzles in dark metallic shades with a hint of heat staining (blue, brown and copper tones), so that the structure of the petals stands out.
This is a detail accessory. Paints, glue and the model itself are not included in the package.
